Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
A refundable $100 Tour Deposit per Person and a completed Tour Reservation Form are required for all tours (unless otherwise indicated). Payment in full is due 45 days prior to the tour departure date. All tour participants’ cancellations must be in writing. A refund will be granted up to 45 days prior to tour departure. A cancellation fee of 50% of the Tour price will be charged for cancellations inside 45 days prior to departure date; 60% between 20 and 10 days prior to departure. No refunds will be honored within 10 days of the Tour departure date.
