When you purchase Culpepper Tours Policy Waiver, you are entitled to a full refund if you can not go on the trip for an approved reason.

To be eligible for your refund, you will need to notify Culpepper Tours immediately when a qualifying event occurs, or attempt to do so by leaving a voicemail if outside of regular office hours. 

Additionally, if your roommate has paid in full and cancels while full cancellation penalties are in effect, you may take your trip at your previously quoted rate.
